30 Days Product Replacement Guarantee

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The laptop must not have any physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.
  • The original invoice and accessories (if applicable) must be provided.

Non-Eligible Cases

Return Policy

As BM Computers deals primarily in used and refurbished laptops, all products undergo extensive testing before sale. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference-related reasons.
